I want to split a wav signal through MATLAB.?

I have a wav signal: http://uploading.com/files/17a94677/t.wav/ I want to split it in three through MATLAB as there are three tones in it and save three separate wav files or three separate matrices having the amplitude of these three tones, is there a way? I know that there are about 200 maybe 250 zeros in between the tones if you use MATLAB wavread command and you can inspect it through plot command.
