XSL:FO Editors

Can anyone recommend a visual editor for working with XSL:FO templates? I've looked at Altova's StyleVision, but I found it to be too involved for a non-developer to understand. We'd like our business folks to be able design and maintain document templates with little or no help from developers, like they already do today with Crystal Reports. Dmitry
